Exercise to prevent chronic diseases

What exercises can prevent chronic diseases?

–         Running, jogging, basically anything that makes you exercise/move your body can help prevent chronic disease

–         Other things you can do to prevent would be to watch your diet


Why can exercise prevent chronic disease?

–         If we were to look back, all three of these diseases are caused by obesity/fats, therefore by exercise, we reduce the fats gain and prevent chronic diseases
